TOPIC: Saving Settings on CAN-ART

In order to save settings such as sensitivity, implement width, row count, etc. the VT must stay powered on for at least 5 minutes after changes are made. Target rate will not save. Target rate and thus, seed rate wizard, must be entered every time the VT is powered on.
There are 2 possibilities when settings will not save no matter what. They are:
- Bad ECU Memory (Corrupt ECU)
- Tractor ECU is non-compliant (Does not send power down message)
