TOPIC: Canbus Art Seed Flow Ecu

Customer that has this system cannot see both loops. Only one loop visible on monitor. I have been asked to help this customer by becoming proficient with this system. Any assistance you can render will be greatly appreciated.

What version of software is on the customers CAN-ART? If the sensitivity is turned to 0, the loop is turned off. Get the customer to check their sensitivity value. If that is not the case is there any communication errors? If there is a communication error, the loop does not work. The manual is available for download in this section of the forum also.
